I have a LG AX 5000 cell phone just bought a data cable 8032 P and cant seem to figure out how to make the ring tones can anyone please help me ?

This software feature is disabled by LG at the request of your wireless provider, as it canabalizes their own sales for ringtone purchases. Unfortunately, you won't be able to successfully send midi files from your PC or another phone to be used as ringtones. The only thing that you may be able to is the following: You can go into My Sounds on your phone, select Record New, and record part of a song playing in the background on your PC for example. Then send this sound to your own number attached to a text message from your phone. Once received, click the options key (usually the right softkey) and choose, save as ringtone. It will sound a little shatty though.
