I bought some-supposed to be like glass bricks/blocks-tried to apply with water with about 1 tsp dish soap in 1 qt of water-it looks foggy in areas-bought some other that is supposed to resemble stained glass-great inside in day-great outside at night-never nice on both sides-dark outside in day-dark inside at night - Please help.
I use decorative films all the time.It is easy to over wet prior to putting on window.I use a damp almost dry cloth and make sur windows are spottless clean.I wash the cloth over the windon and in sections top to bottom lower the film on and never had any problems.
