Question:

Do you get full fast from eating apples due to the high fiber conent?

Its for a speech project, and I havn't found anywhere that this is the reasonHowever, I have realized that I, along with some people I asked, get full from eating apples, and also have found out that apples contain up to 5 grams of fiber, and I didnt want to give out false facts and just wanted to be sure/ a second opinion. Please and thank you in advance :D

Answer:

Calcium Energy Levels
I think in this case the fiber is not the causeBulk is the causeAnd the feeling of fullness will quickly dissipate not unlike drinking a glass of water woulddue to the high content of water in the apple.
Each shell can hold eight electrons, except the first shell that can only hold twoAn element is said to be happy when the outer shell is fullWork from the inside outFor Helium the first energy level holds both electrons, therefore it is happyFor Calcium, 2 are in the first shell, 8 in the second shell and 8 in the thirdThat leaves 2 in the outer most shellSame story for aluminum2 in the first, 8 in the second and 3 in the outerThis is the very basic way of doing thisThe valence determines whether or not your element is happy
