Reading what you ahve written i think it stinks ! You are being discriminated against and punished for being honest i personally think you should take it further. can you name others that ate candy ? Also i think you should put a claim in for your wrist i don't know how the law works in the states for making a claim.. in the UK you have three years in which to do it unless you can prove the injury is still giving you pain and preventing you from doing certain things.
