Any comparison for people wearing safety gear versus someone who isn't?
There was a TSB to reprogram the BCM on the 05 minivans for door locks inop. It would be covered under the 3/36 warranty, so if out they will charge you. Be sure they update the BCM software, not just reset it. If that doesn't fix it, then the BCM would most likely be the culprit.
