3 application noticeFor the foam adhesive tape, the effect of the binding process depends on every process of the printing process. The correct use of the adhesive tape can greatly improve the printing quality of the flexo printing. Therefore, in the use of foam dip tape, should pay attention to the following points.(1) the temperature has a great influence on the application of the adhesive tape, so all the operations of the adhesive tape should be carried out at room temperature, so as to avoid the adhesive force of the adhesive tape due to temperature.(2) the surface of a printing plate and a printing cylinder (or a binding plate sleeve) shall be kept clean before printing. This is because dust, rust, ink and other dirt will damage the adhesive force of the adhesive tape, resulting in poor printing plates, and the emergence of warped version. Clean plates and pasted sleeves should be subject to high concentrations of alcohol because other chemical solvents may cause corrosion to the plates and to the mounting sleeves.
