Here is what you should do Take it outside, preferably with a friend, just to help you as this can be a difficult thing to do, as you must be pretty attached to it since you have had it for so long. So yeah, a friend for support. Take it outside and burn it to a crisp or whatever. DO NOT CUT IT UP INTO LITTLE PIECES as some bits may come off and spread around your home. I don't think the shopping center can be liable. Most cars probably cross with no issues, your is modded and as the driver it is your responsibility to ensure it can clear what you are driving over. Contact your insurance company fast for the repairs..as for the legality of damages caused by the speed bumps ask your insurance company, if they feel someone else should pay they will advise you.
