just plant some grasses - fountain grasses grow 4-8' depending on the variety -maiden grass 4-6' depending on the variety mix them up to add intrest, and it's something you can do yourself for little money
Lattice panels are easy to work with and you can just attach them to posts that you pound into the ground. No concrete necessary. They come in natural wood and also dark green and white. I used the plastic kind and they are easy to cut too.
Well asking that question on here was stupid. And I don't have and answer, but you could try washing them, and if the stain doesn't come out, don't dry them. Drying sets in stains.
In my personal opinion, they have no right whatsoever to fire you. Also, what I would do, is bypass the local management, since you already tried to explain what happened, and have the guest relay what happened to corporate. Talking to the general manager at this point, as far as I can see, would be useless. Definitely go to corporate on this issue.
