i have one that has metal suspension which sucks and absorbs nothing how can i mod it to absord a lil impact
If you have an older bike with rigid solid forks then you can try to buy a front fork that will fit the bike , you will not be able to put rear suspension on it. There are two ways of doing this. 1. measure the steer tube on your current fork and buy a fork with that size or bigger and you can cut it to fit. You may also have to change the headset and brakes. 2. Take it to a local bike shop and ask them what will best work with what you have. They will help you pick one and put it together for you or let you know if it cant be done with your bike.
if your bike has bad suspension now, then it is a cheap bike and not even worth upgrading. cheap shocks on a cheap bike. a $100 bike will not benefit from $400 worth of shocks.
