can we fly by using some anti-gravity shoes or opposite of gravity (negative gravity).
In theory maybe, there have been scientific paper's written about anti-gravity that explain how it could be done but any attempt to do it hasn't shown much results yet.
That is what they experience in space and moon. Although, they dont have anti gravity machine, its because of the existing environment. In order for you to fly, you have to escape the gravity of earth. Wind will assist you in achieving this by using aerodynamics principle.
