I am pretty healthy and i eat so much fruit and i guess i do get a lot of fiber, and i like eating healthy but the problem is that i get a lot of gas afterwards, so its like.weight loss, healthy, with gas, or unhealthyit doesnt bother me now, but when i start school i dont know if being healthy and having a high fiber diet is worth it!
