8 small brats One package refrigerated crescent rolls or your favorite biscuit rolls6 - 8 slices American CheeseCook the Brats thoroughly in a fry pan with a small amount of water (covered)Remove cover and brown to desired levelDrain and pat with paper towels to remove excess fatCut each slice of cheese into 3 stripsWrap 2 - 3 strips around each Brat (Suggest only 2 for crescent)Place on end of each roll and just roll upFollow time and temperature written on the roll/ biscuit can(Remember, seam side down on baking sheet.)
