Question:

How do you tell if your roller skate wheels are indoor/outdoor or indoor only?

The pair I have are like Sketcher 4wheelers (But Not). The brand name of these skates is worn off and theres nothing on the wheels or bottom of the skates. Only thing I could find is the size tag on the tongue of the skates. The wheels seem to be of tough rubber material.

Answer:

A DOT approved helmet and eye protection is required. All else is optional, and only important if you like keeping the skin you were born with.
You may want to talk to your doctor about this. If your flow is severely heavy, you could try using a super tampon as well as a pad.
I've never actually heard of a balljoint breaking off in a knuckle, but I suggest that if you already have the castlenut removed then spray it with a lubricant such as wd40 and use a large punch and a sledge hammer to beat it out. The best and easiest way would be to use an air hammer with the punch attachment if you have access to compressed air. Even a cheap harbor freight air chisel/punch would work in a pinch, but I think that might be out of the question if you're trying to do a roadside repair.
only a helmet is required.
There is leather and there is textile jackets. If you get a mesh jacket for summer, it allows free flow of air and protects in case of crash. The mesh with the larger screen allows more air, better for humid regions. You may not be worried about your skills, its everyone else on the road that you have to look out for. You only need to cover the body parts you're interested in keeping.
