Prefer you know, that said I also want to know if I can bypass any of the electronics like ex. Seat belt noise.But mainly brakes (front brakes and rear, what happens when you push brake pedal etc. thanks

I know, and I'd need to read Audel's Auto Guide to you, it's section on brakes. You can do that yourself at the public library- that is, if you really care to learn. Also look in Chilton's Auto Repair manual, for systems specific to your vehicle.
