I was sucked through a pin hole during my last spacewalk. Thankfully I survived the ordeal unharmed.
it was the middle of the night. i was watching tv in my living room. and we had hardwood floors. suddenly, i heard foot steps came from my kicten to the front door, i looked around and the foot steps continued and there was nobody home at the time.. but me of course. my cat stared at the door and meowed as if she wanted out. And the door nobbed started wiggling. and it was so scary because i coundnt see this person, but my cat could. she was looking directly up as if she was looking at a man. FREAKY. that was in 2005. and i moved out of that house.
i'd say it would be unprofessional to do it in front of the company - say it turned into an argument or he disputed the allegation - not good for morale. If he makes you money just keep an eye on him. He knows you know he is a thief but keep tabs on your stock - sounds like you do anyway. Weigh it up against to cost to replace him, training, recruitment, poorer sales figures. It's got to be a judgement call on how much it costs to loose him and risk to your business. best dan
Mine was a car accident. Enough said.
