You are not supposed to ride over a speed bump on a bike so the city does not have the liability for your accident. Sometimes you can feel pain weeks or months after an accident. You have no viable claim, not only because of the time differential but because you were in the wrong.
Hi friend u have mentioned the answer in ur question u r using Office jet not photo printer to print on Glossy inkjet premium plus photo paper yes It's too thick for regular feeding, photo printers are manufactured with strong rollers to pick thick paper easily where as ur office jet built with rubber rollers to pick soft papers like bond and executive etc.. if u r still trying to print on thick photo paper u r doing nothing but u r about to destroy ur printer kindly don't do that be care full.. :-)..
