here are some things i carry in my kit. for cert you would want a lot more gaze 10 4x4 5 5x9 6 roller gaze SAM splint tape various sizes pen light window punch ring cutter oral glucose 2 ACE wrap's alcohol preps blood pressure cuff stethoscope 2 multi trauma pads occlusive dressing thats all i can think of. you can get most things at Target of Wal mart. finding a local medical supply store would be cheaper

so you are assuming that all marines are going to die in the war? if thats what youre basing joining on you have no business going in at all. when its your time, its your time. no way around it doesnt matter if its overseas or being hit by a drunk driver when you go to get your mail. there will always be wars.
