Question:

How to save money on some bills!?

My husband and I are trying to figure out how to save money on all our bills: electric, home gas, water, and grocery. Grocery is kind of obvious For electric, we obviously turn out all lights when not in use and we also let our dishes air dry. For home gas, we wash all our clothes in cold water and turned the heat from 67 to 60 degrees. We have re-sealed the doors and windows. For water, we only wash dishes in dishwasher and do laundry when it is full. No small loadsAnything you can add to this?

Answer:

It was a pretty descent list but as I read at the bottom you started to get a little crazy, why can't they watch tv on weekends or change the channel when they want to watch something else? Why must they be positive? So you are now controlling how they think too? I especially don't agree with you saying that all there grades must be 85 or above, what if they have a learning disability? Or what if they just simply can't reach that goal? Some courses are quite tough you know. I'm hoping this rule only applies to elementary and middle school, you can't expect them to reach 85 or higher in like an advanced physics class
Dear Miss Yes I have I took it out and trashed it and went and bought a brand new one OK
if it's a ball mouse take out the ball and wipe it off, try a new pad.
The way your mouse-cursor behaves, also depends upon the surface on which you have placed the mouse. Place it on a hard, flat surface or a good mousepad.
To clean the small rollers on a normal mouse that has the small rubber ball in it, do these steps. You will need a sturdy fingernail or cotton-swab or a few toothpicks or a single tooth from a plastic fork, and some tissues or cloth. Turn the cover counter clockwise (like backward in time) to unscrew and release the small circular cover. It may be tough and may take a lot of pressure. Keep track of this cover and the ball. Turn the mouse over into one hand and slap it into the hand if the cover and the ball do not come out easily. Again, this is for a normal wheel-mouse which is actually a wheels-and-ball mouse you will see this now, if you have the ball out. There are to rollers or wheels that need to be cleaned up if any crud gunk dirt stuff is on either one. There is a third roller too, or it may be a thin plastic piece like a short thin plastic toothpick. The two wheels and the roller all need to be cleaned. Clean these each roller and wheel WITHOUT REMOVING and WITHOUT BREAKING until any stuff that had been stuck on the contact surfaces is cleaned off. Now the ball can be put back into the mouse and the cover can be put back onto the bottom of the mouse to hold the ball inside the mouse. It is a messy and delicate task. This is why at work you may hear of people being told to buy a new mouse, or the I.T. department brings a new mouse and likely throws away the old mouse.
