No it's a sign you have a male dog. My dog, being female, isn't as gross as that! She urinates discretely by sitting down.
This is a tough onethe best thing that i can say is to ask your teachers in your school to help you. I know that you said that CPS was already involved but maybe the teachers can do something more. Or you could tell a friend and talk to their parents and maybe work something out where you stay with them for a while. If you dont have friends you can talk to then make new friends that are willing to be there for you and meanwhile keep your head up and push through this. Best Wishes and Good Luck
