Someone is trying to tell me I can put 215/70/15's on the front.the 215's are studded snow tires.

Answer:

First of all, you really have no way of knowing that there is no immediagte danger unless you either pulled the alarm, or you have inspected the premises and found no cause for alarm. By refusing to evacuate, you essentially not only put your life at risk, but make the firefighters, paramedics, and police job's harder and possibly riskier because by you squatting on the alarm, you are wasting valuable time that they could use putting out fires, tending to the wounded, and controlling crowds instead of trying to convince you not to be stubborn. So no, you won't likely be charged, unless your actions cause someone to be harmed. But, you should still just play along and evacuate. All alarms should be taken seriously, and you should treat each one as if it's real, just to keep you prepared for the real thing.
