YOUR CAPS LOCK IS STUCK!
Believe it or not use Nu-Finish liquid on your windshield and be amazed! I've been doing this for about 18 years now!!! Just follow the instructions for applying - yes I know it is supposed to be a wax, but trust me, it will work wonders!!!!
The best way I know how to fix this problem, is to wipe Castor Oil on the blades, let it set for 5 minutes, then wipe them off. This should not only fix the squeak, but also prolongs the life of the blades from pollution Ozone.
If the blades are new, then take some ammonia water and newspaper and clean the windshield and the wiper blades. After that if it still does it, replace the wiper blades again. good luck.
