hi, i have a laptop (hp) i think the charger might be broken! Because when i put the charger into the place where it belongs so, it can charge, it turns blue. now when i put in in it doesn't work!! what do i do?????
That is a dead charger. Find the model of your computer and order another from the manufacturer.
That happened to me today too. I was told that chargers just wear out and die after a long time. I have to order a new one. My computer keeps saying that my charger isn't strong enough and then it recommends the one i already have. sucks.
