Answer:

Well for one, discrimination will continue to happen, but I maintain that even when marriage is legal nationwide, unarmed black men will still be shot and killed by trigger happy cops
? There may be some reactionary bills being proposed (and passed) in some areas of the country but overall gay people have more civil liberties now than anytime in this country's (or any country's) history. Gay sex has been legal for years now. In the majority of states it is now legal to have a gay marriage.
you could frame up the roof deck with wood and insulate in between it with hi density foam for more r value, seen it done (on this old house for example, they did it on a barn conversion). you could just go with 3/4 pine and the same size foam board, or use 2X4's and double it. you could then lay your plywood and cover it with ice and water shield then just use regular shingles on the whole house. i'm doing something similar with the siding on my house, removing the siding, tyvek and foam, then building out the trim to match the new 'face'. cheaper than rewiring the entire house and insulating it, these days, had to reside it anyways. get price quotes for doing it both ways, good luck.
None of those are valid defenses. The 300 means the 300 block. The general area is good enough for a parking ticket. I've never heard of a requirement to hand you a parking ticket in person, and it would not be practical for the officer to sit around and wait. The curb won't matter either, as there is a specific law prohibiting you from blocking a fire hydrant regardless of what color the curb is, or if there even is a curb.
I don't really think it's fair to say that Gays are going through a Jim Crow type area. I mean, that's somewhat insulting to African Americans who had to grow up during or before the 1960s. I mean back then if you were black you weren't able to drink at the same drinking fountains, weren't able to use the same places to shop or to eat out. It's a lot different than gays have it now. I think blacks had it the worst in the country during that time period and I don't believe that gays will go through anything as bad here in the states. But I do agree that there's a level of discrimination some are advocating against gays.
