is overdose of iron chloride in vitamin tablets poisonous or harmful in any way to the body? if so, what is the percentage of overdose?
It's hard to OD on anything inside a multivitamin. The body naturally sorts out what it needs and doesn't need and gets rid of most unwanted minerals through urination. An overabundance of iron will not really hurt the body in any way. There are other minerals that could be in the vitamin that might be a bit more of a concern, but in general, you can't really OD on things the body needs in doses in the first place.
