Both my Kids Drive H1 hummers. Before they got them I had an H1, and there were about 3 incidents where cars ran stop lights and totalled their car while my Hummer recieved nothing more than a scratch, not even a dent.
Yes, they can. Many companies do NOT do so, they allow for bereavement leave, but there is no law that says they have to. Most of the time, if you give advance notice, they will understand and give you the time off. To be absolutely clear: you are not being fired for your Grandfather dying, you would be fired for failing to show up for work.
Should've went with Cutters I guarantee your gloves will tear in 4-6 weeks. Nike makes great cleats but not gloves, I've had 3 pair of Nike gloves all eventually ripped at the seems. Anyways no you don't have to they're already coated with that sticky stuff when they come out of the factory. Honestly spitting, wetting your gloves does absolutely nothing, except make them slick until it dries. When your gloves get older people tend to spit/wet them because they feel it makes that coating stronger. But if yours are new there's no need.
could you imagine everytime you had to go down to the shops having to put on a complete fire suit just to go like 10 mins down the road, also what about the school run, trying to get the kids to put on a crash helmet and suit. it is not practical. but i do agree with what you are saying, i think that i good idea would be to put a sensor on a car on all sides, and if the car gets to near an object then it cuts the engine and puts the brakes on. also i think that the whole windscreen could be made into a night vision HUD, so it would be much easier for the driver to see where they are going and stuff, i reckon it would be a good idea for there to be an actual sensor in the driver seat that can detect if the driver has been drinking and if they had, then the engine don't work. i know you get get them but they are really bulky and you can see them im talking about on you couldn't see and try to fool, by letting someone else breath on it.
