there are a few posibilities. the 1st to check is for a bad bearing. do this by jacking up the wheel, place a stand under the rear end for safety and try to rock the in and out (top and bottom) the wheel should be tight or fairly tight. the next would be the axle and again the test is much the same but play would be in any direction. next would a broken spring and the axle on that side is pushing up
