Go about your business as usual and don't pick her up more than you usually woulddon't hold her all the time. She needs to get used to the fact that smoke detectors are a part of life. Or, set it off throughout the day so she becomes desensitized by it and gets over her issues. Coddling her with it is only going to make it worse. Again, she'll get over it eventually.
