I have worked around alot of different plumbers in my time in the trades. I have never, never seen a professional plumber mix cleaner and glue together. Thats just lazy and stupid. The cleaner has to be applied to the pvc before the glue so it can start the bonding process before glue is applied. Maybe they know something I dont but like I said, I have never seen this done before and I would not trust it.
