Ok my fire alarm went off and I didn't know how to shut it off. So I did the American thing and ripped the cover off and took the battery out :) the smoke is gone and if I put the battery back in will it just start to ring and blare instantly after I put the battery back in?
My printer does this too sometimes. I check the rollers for junk on them, paper dust, dirt, paper scraps, etc. I also have to make sure there is a large amount of paper in the tray otherwise the rollers don't get the proper grip to pull it through, even when they are clean.
