My male lab mix will urinate on my lawn chair, flowers, even the corner of the deck if I'm not watching him in our fenced yard. PU!! Where I can get a fake fire hydrant or something similar that doesn't cost too much? PP posts (with those pheromones) don't work. (Also, we have a female Shar Pei.no problems with her spots to urinate).Thanks!
Styrofoam is also a very good insulator. If possible, you could also consider going with your parents to a hardware shop and buying some of that silicon gel that squeezes out of a tube and hardens a few minutes after exposure to air - surrounding the bottle with that should help a lot too as silicon is a very good insulator. And don't forget to insulate the bottom of the bottle!
Wow. like liberal and conservative define how people view science. You almost seem like you're happy that this volcano went off and is causing all sorts of havoc, because it somehow justifies your view. Here's some science: global warming DOES occur, CO2 IS a greenhouse gas, and the more of it in the atmosphere, the more the planet will warm up (check out what Venus is like). Both natural processes like volcanoes and the burning of fossil fuels contribute to the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Neither is a good thing. FACT: we can't do crap about volcanoes, but we could do something about fossil fuel usage. Using a volcano to try to dismiss the human impact on global warming is kind of like saying that people die from old age and people die from traffic accidents, so we shouldn't worry about trying to reduce traffic accidents.
