Question:

New Gun Control Provisions?

okay so because of the VT shooting, they have now been working on new Gun Control Provisions to help keep us safer. The idea has been to keep guns out of the hands of those who are criminals, and those who have mental defect. So now the new provision to the law is that states now share information with the FBI and the NICS, so that people like the person who killed those 31 students and teachers aren't able to get their hands on guns anymore. The NRA is in support of this, and there has only been one argument againt the provision sighting it is an infringment on Second Amendment Rights. so what do you think? Do you agree with the provision? Do you think it will work? Do you think it will help to keep/stop those who shouldn't have gun ( bought legally )? Or Do you think that this is just another way to step on the toes of those who are good gun owners and infringe on the Second Amendment rights?

Answer:

Yeah,that's a real knee slapper,alright.
I'm not clear what fixture you want to vent but if it is a sink of some sort then I would try a cheater vent. You install it after the p-trap under the sink and put it up as high under the sink as possible. The way they work is with a diaphragm which allows air into the system but does not allow any smell or water out of it. It is against plumbing code but if your doing it yourself then it saves alot of money and more expenses Stephanie S In response to your E mail I don't believe you have a venting problem, it sounds more like a clog. I have a couple of questions for you to check for me. 1) is your sump pump hooked into your sewer system? 2) when you continue to run water in your kitchen sink does water come up your bathtub drain? Also are your plumbing fixtures inyour house back to back, if they are go outside and check on the roof in the same area to see if there is a 3 pipe or bigger than that is your vent, if there is no pipe anywhere on the roof you need to call a plumber. But I still believe you have a clogged drain. To answer your question you can't vent the whole house off one pipe. I own my own plumbing business and I live near Kitchener Ontario Canada, if you are in the same area give me your phone number and we can talk. If not we can talk over the internet and I can help you the best way I can. GOOD LUCK!!!
Yes. Unless otherwise specified (under contract) employment is at-will, which means he can be fired for almost anything or any reason (i.e. wearing a blue suit). There are some reasons you can't be fired (title XII) but other than that, ya, she COULD. Depends on if the company finds your mom more valuable than the continued employment of the other individual.
