I've just moved to NZ about 2 months ago,i'm planning to buy a car.The car that I want to buy has a very low ground clearance.I'm just wondering,are the road coinditions in New Zealand good ? Are there potholes and tall speed bumps like in UK ?
No perfect mirror exists. All real mirrors have some absorptivity of incident light, which they convert to the thermal energy. You will need to look up the emissivity (which is equal to absorptivity by fundamental law of radiation at any specific value of frequency) of the mirror's reflective material at the particular frequency of the laser's color.
It's either an allergic reaction or irritation bumps. Take some benadryll, use a topical cream if you have one and just wait.
