my smoke alarm keeps going off. It happens like every 5-10min and no these are not juss little beeps that its making for me to change the battery. I need to know how to disconnect, so that i can replace my hard wired smoke alarm of course its battery backup. So do i just take the battery out, twist the smoke alarm and just cuz the wires and thats that?
That alarm is scary :| its some metal with a hat and glasses on ! LOL I'll find a better one.. /images/trave ^ i seen a couple of these, but i don't know if you put your own picture in or not. I would love a nice one! :)
Use wraps and gloves. Professional kickboxers/MMA fighters use both. If you want to strengthen your wrists, google instructions on how to make a makiwara board. Punching a bag without wraps is not a good way to do so.
