I have a SanDisk ImageMate SDDR-86 6 in 1 card reader, and I just rencently bought a SanDisk Ultra II 2GB SD card. However, when I put the Ultra II card in the reader, it cannot read it. I was wondering if the SDDR-86 is compatible with Ultra II SD cards? or maybe the memory card is broken?

There are three possibilities: 1) your card reader is broken, which you would need to test with a similar card; 2) it is not compatible with this type of card, which though unlikely can be verified on th SanDisk website; 3) your card is not formatted properly for the reader, which you can verify by trying the card in a different card reader that is compatible.
