I'm stupying the shield of faith for my church but I have a hard finding what was the significance of the shield of faith in the bible was. We're going to do a project on it.

I can't understand WHY you would wait until your stuck to put it in four wheel drive, that's just plane stupid. When you said it made tons of noise it tells me you or it isn't working. If you try to put it in four wheel when moving it may be the gears trying to engage. Stop on straight road and move the control. If you have noise then it is the gears trying to mess and there is something wrong and it will have to be repaired at a shop nothing you can do. You should use four wheel drive anytime the road conditions are slippery taking it out when you are on just wet or dry roads. If you want control then I'd suggest a set of tire chains, they will limit your speed but they work for traction in snow and ice.
It could be; specially if the city uses yellow instead of red. Yellow was chosen for a reason: because it's more visible, even at night. Red doesn't stand out well at night. Besides, the fire fighters would be looking for a yellow hydrant, not for a red one, and that could make then waste time during an emergency. Now, since you didn't see him do it, you can't prove he did it.
