Short film camera question?

So I am trying to make a short film and I am trying to do a certain camera angle but I don't know how to do itWhat I want to do is pan the camera up but at the same time slowly spin the camera (please refer to the poorly drawn diagram) what kind of rig would I I need in order to preform this effect? Thank you! (Also, I am filming with a dslr)

try fiber one cereal, its really good they have all different kinds of brands you can choose from, drink plenty of water, eat some pears,plums, i don't care for prunes to much but you can try to see if it works for you,green leafy vegetables,beans ,also try high fiber wheat bread toochange up your diet, i don't do to much of that over the counter stuff it just messes your digestive system and does not keep your regular and keeps you gassy, if you change your diet and cut down on the things that your eating you will notice a change and try some exercise also helps too

A camera crane is one way (so I agree with Jim A)Mount the camera crane to a dolly (or wagon), or use of a dolly-track system on a curved track will help keep things smoothAs someone is pushing or pulling the dolly around the subject, the camera crane is lifting the cameraAnother option is to use a vest-stabilization system with an articulated, counter-balanced arm - like a Steadycam, Glidecam or Varizoom kitAnd walk around the subject while raising the articulated armI would not recommend doing this without the articulated, counterbalanced, armBetween walking and changing the height of the camera, capturing the video with the dSLR handheld is a non-starter.
