It will wear off on its own. I've done many burnouts in my driveway and in front of my house.
OMG, it must be like a prison. My 11 year old sister gets more freedom than that. Tell them you want a little more freedom. Parents will be parents, but this is just ridiculous. You are 13 years old! Tell them you don't want to be treated like a five year old anymore and that you'll always need them but you are growing up.
