This ladies apartment building burned in a fire, and her and her family lost almost everything except for the clothes on their back. Now the RED CROSS came and gave them food blankets and toys for the kids and stuff, but other than that they lost everything. Now if they would have bought the renters insurance which is only $8.00 per month which would cover $100,000 of structure damage to the building and $30,000 to buy all new furniture and replace the items in the apartment all for $8.00 a month, I bet you white folks always have insuranceAM I RIGHT?

Often times, this could be a sign of a dying battery. After inspecting fire alarms (smoke detectors) on a monthly basis for 3+ years, I have learned that majority of issues are due to its power source. Also, make sure you eliminate excess dust around the house. This could also cause a slight malfunction. If you live in an apartment complex, be sure to leave the battery in the device, as you could be heavily fined for tampering with fire safety equipment.
Use with safety gloves goggles. Procede with extreme caution.
