Im buying a motorcycle thats all black because it only comes on black and another weird color and its a sports bike but i wana put neon lights underneath, on the tires, and around the engine and all that so i will stand out more at night while driving (for safety reasons) but are all of these illegal to have on while driving?what can i do to stand out more during the night to other cars so they can see me and not ram right into me?
