Question:

tire size help please?

My tire size is p205/70R15 and I was wondering if 205/75R15 tires will fit my vehicle. 5 star best answer thanks.

Answer:

I think there is no difference in the tire, you can try it. tires vary from height only . If you are going to replace all the four or two tires then get the tires you want according to it. don't fit one tire of size 70 and other of 75, it's better if you choose all as same. you can also take the following link for preference who sell almost all type of branded tires. Check it
there is no reason not to use CPVC for your water supply and PVC for your drains. especially with the high incident of copper theft at construction sites, even small ones. just make sure you check local codes.
the 70 and 75 numbers just mean the height of the tire, a 75 profile versus a 70 profile is a minimal difference, it will be fine. They likely gave you the 75 profile to save you some money
the 205/75 will be a hair under 1/2 taller. that means the overall diameter will be about 7/8 bigger. a diameter increase that small will not be an issue on any car. now if you're asking because you want a bigger tire, I would recommend a 215/75. it will only add about .5 more than the 205/75, but I think for the same price I guess it's worth it, and there are more tire selections when buying them. and it's less than .5 wider than the 205, so there shouldn't be any issue there either. if it's a truck, you can probably go even bigger than that.
