My dad recently bought me new curtains for my room but theyre black and my walls are light yellow.. so now they obviously dont match. Ive been wanting to repaint my walls for a while now but im unsure what colour would match (apart from white) any suggestions?(Im a girl btw)Thanks.
White and black striped would look nice.
Green is my fave. choice to do with black, I wear green shirts with black and vice versa. You can do a light blue soothing blue that's what I did when I got my black curtains
i could pass with an same or slightly darker shade of green and paintings a number of that tan in in case you will detect a reliable print. A contrasting colour as properly to the fairway, which contain yellow or blue could provide the room a laid-back, satisfied sense. you need to get throw pillows in good colours and tie all of it jointly.
Black is a neutral so it goes with anything, including yellow. So you're open to anything. But you'll need to repeat the black somewhere - as accent pillows & coverlet on the bed for instance. Black gives sophistication to a room & helps to neutralize bright colors. But black draperies will also absorb light as it comes into the room, so if you want your room to be bright, go for a bright wall color & comforter & hang the draperies so that it clears all of the window when they're open. So weigh your options. Your dad was very nice to get them for you, so maybe together you can come up with a plan for your room.
