I do not wash my clothes in hot water so I don't use that cycle.I believe using hot water is what makes clothes become worn out looking so quickly .I do use the permanent press cycles on my dryer, which also gradually cools down. If I take the clothes out as soon as the dryer is done and hang them up they have no wrinkles and really look great.
