What is the weight of the average male overhead press?
Overhead pressing your bodyweight is rather impressive and certainly not average. Overhead press is typically 50-60% of your flat bench press weight.
You should be able to lift the equivalent of your own body weight' If your working out for fitness purposes I wouldn't reccomend this weight for sets until you've done warm up reps first.
