What is acceptable in a laboratory, other than clothing that follows safety regulations?
Hard to tell if they're on their own circuit. Probably not. Most are wired into the same circuit as the ceiling lights or wall receptacles. Since they're always on, you're always dealing with a live hot wire. I'd get a volt tick and start trying the breakers. I have a little gadget that you can plug into a receptacle, etc., and the other part of it buzzes when you run it down the breaker box and it hits the proper circuit but you've still got to deal with the hot wire on the detector.
So you know you're drifting over them or into a new lane
