no one actually listens to screamo, because if they enjoy what you call screamo, then they just consider it metal.
I listen to Metal and I absolutely hate the terms Metal-Head Headbanger, I don't fit the stupid stereotype. My head isn't made out of metal, and I don't bang my head either. I like the music, simple as that, not the stereotyping sub-culture of the genre. So no, not all Metal listeners have to be labelled.
metal is a base of music and everythung branches off of that.. like doom metal death metal altive metal and screamo but there hunderds of metal types but if u wanna call some one a name for a hardcore screamo fan go with something like mr extreme head lol
