Never did this. I expect your wheels would take a terrible shock. Those low profile tires would cause your wheels to dent. Maybe you would become airborn . If you were lucky, you would still be pointing the same direction when you landed. No control while you were in the air and not much for a while after you landed. I do not think your airbad would deploy.
