You have to apply aluminum foil in order for peroxide to workSo here's what I would do since you have sensitive skinApply a thin and I mean thin layer of vaseline on the area (hair and all) then apply(wet area) peroxide, then cover with FOILWait a few minutes then check to see how light it has becomeCover again with the foil until it is as light as you want itRemove foilWipe away vaselineApply a good conditioner to the area(this will lessen skin irritation), leave on until dryRinse area thoroughly with waterThe foil is what is going to make the peroxide workOr you could do it the natural wayMix 1 cup of water and juice from a halved lemonStir, then apply and re-apply to the areaKeep applying for 15 minutes then lay in the sunafter laying in the sun rinse off with tap or bottled waterReturn home and apply Dove soap to the area, let stay on for as long as possible, then rinse area.
