When we were at Custer State Park last summer, they had rubber fish that you could put paint on and then lay the fish on a sheet of paper and have a nice fish print.
In my somewhat wild and misspent youth, I raced motorcycles on ice for a short time. We drove sheet metal screws through the tires for studs, and got excellent grip on the ice for straight ahead acceleration, but it was still hard to handle going around corners. Smaller and less agressive snowmobile studs MAY give you some forward traction on ice and hard-packed snow, but won't help with cornering or braking, and they won't help at all in deep snow. I wouldn't recommend riding a motorcycle in winter where you live.
If your car is lowered to the point that it can't go over a speed bump, then get the damned thing off the road.
