i got a NYC eye pallet in quot; the bluesquot; and i use it a lot because it docent smear but it gets kinda watery after i use it? my friend has the same one but hers docent get watery like that whats wrong with my pallet??????????????

Somebody just asked this: go to a store that uses pallets, like the big box stores. If they won't buy directly from you -- and they probably won't -- find out where they get theirs from, and see if you can sell them back.
