looking at gasket maker able to withstand 700 degrees for everywhere from my front pipe to exhaust. I‘m having trouble finding gaskets for my aftermarket exhaust and am thinking this may be better. any reason why i shouldnt go with it?

I use high heat red silicone for a sealer on exhaust all the time when the gaskets are hard to find. I have heated it with a cutting torch and it doesn't burn it just disintegrates so I think it takes alot more heat than it is rated at.
